Important Notes to Presenters

1. Please email Secretariat to info@ieem.org of any presentation schedule clashes (especially if you are presenting more than one paper) latest by 25 Oct 2021, 12pm Singapore time. You may propose your preferred presentation time and inform us of a possible swap (provided that the other party agrees to the swap). We apologize in advance that we cannot accommodate everyone's preference due to various constraints.
2. We will be confirming the program and contacting you to arrange rehearsals. In the timeline below, you will see that there will be various dates and time options to choose from.
   
   • Presenter Request Schedule Changes - Deadline: 25 Oct 2021
   • Final Program Live, Briefing Email to Presenter - From: 08 Nov 2021
   • Presenter/Session Chair Rehearsals – 20 Nov 2021 through to 10 Dec 2021
3. In the event that circumstances prevent you from attending the conference, kindly inform Secretariat of your withdrawal.
